on the authority of imam jafar siddique, when hazrat Adam(as) passed away, his notorious son Qabil(cain) and satan were very happy. Both gathered at a place and invented some musical instruments to celebrate the death of Adam(as)....;(

so, how is it comprehendible that us as 'the children of Adam(AS) ..."enjoy" music which is an invention of satan and cain?

i know that a lot of nasheeds artists tend to use musical instruments in the background
the head teacher of my mudrussa snapped sami yusufs cd infront of all the students..nice one!!!
and muhammad al husayan has harp in one of his nasheeds, the rest are dodgy
zain bhikha nazms..but some are allowed (the ones with no music in them) but i find that even zain bhikhas nasheeds without the music tend to have an effect on my emotions, thus avoid them please!

if we look more specifically into the lyrics that apparently seem harmless and innocent, then we come to acknowledge that they contain hidden messages. In order to disclose these messages the method of 'back tracking' is used.

look at these lyrics from a song called, 'empty spaces by pink floyd'

FORWARD MESSAGE:'indecipherable gibberish'
BACKWARD MESSAGE:'congratulations! you've just discovered the secret message. Please send your answer to Old pink, care of the funny farm..'

there are two means of back tracking, one-way backtracking and two-way back tracking.

one-way back tracking is when the lyrics of the songs (forward messages)are sung backwards, and no meaning can be derived,
eg, 'natas' but when these nonsensical phrases are reversed a meaning can be derived....'satan'

the second way of backtracking is a little more complicated and more commonly used, in which the lyrics(forward message) and the backward message are both very different, but consist of meaningful messages.For example,

This method of back tracking is discovered when one plays a record upside down.messages are hidden via beats, sounds, background music etc.

the brain is divided into 2,
right side for creativity and imagery,
left side for reasoning and analysing,-information enters the left side of the brain where it is analysed, if the message is irrelevant then it remains in the left side and stored in the back of the brain, the unconcious area, if it is relevant then it passes through to the right side and gets stored.

subliminal backward messages enter into the left side of the brain, like all other info, due to the brain not being concious of the actual message, it will not be able to analyse it as relevant or irrelevant info, so it will relax and will allow the message to settle in the back of the brain, where it will be restored to be retrieved in the future.

music is an addictive sin that once its heard it plays over and over again in ones mind....a teenager after constantly listening to heavy metal music unconciously killed his mother and states that'ene though it has been 10 long months since i have listened to heavy metal music, i still have a lot of words of these songs going through my mind all day long, sometimes i wake up at 3 o clock in the morninh with the song...number of beast...going through my brain'
