THE SEMINAR
During the seminar one works on the psychological patterns that keep
us caught in negative circles of anguish, anxiety, jealousies,
depression and that prevent us to get in contact with our essential
reality. We do practices for the inner development of the essence
according to old reserved principles in the Sufi Schools, like:
Lataif Breathing (a work on the 5 levels of the heart- Akhfa, Khafa,
Sirr al Sirr, Sirr and Qalb -; Muraqaba (sufi meditation);
Recitation "Hay Hu!" and" Men Ana- Ana Hunna" (two corporal
techniques); Mirror (a very deep work in pairs that involves the
eyes and the word); Kun Movement.

LOVE AND PRESENCE
In Sufism we ask ourselves: why don't we change? The reason is that
we never submit to the moment. We are always in the past or in the
future. Where are you now?. What percentage of you is reading here?.
Are you in the fatigue of your body, thinking of going to some place
or to make another thing?
To undergo the Divine we should be in the present. He doesn't hide
from us, but if you are not completely in the present and
saying "YES", you are not in submission. If you don't have all your
attention in the present and opened to what you are been giving in
each moment, you will never progress. You can go and sit down and
listen to the biggest Saints during years, and not progress. Any
time did you wonder, why millions of disciples have passed by the
hands of the Teachers, but only a few have become illuminated
beings?.
If your heart is open, it is also open to pain. One of the old
Teachers said: "If you want to hurt me, here are the stones, and
here I am." If you avoid pain you also avoid love; both belonged.
You should make a decision, if you want love you should also be
prepared for pain. If you look inside the eyes of the Teachers you
would see the pain they have crossed, but they constantly renovate
their commitment of love. They are as the earth, they never reject
anything that comes to them.
When you accept this, you will enjoy a beautiful taste with which
you will be totally satisfied. Without envy, without jealousies,
without anger; if you feel this taste the causes of the
dissatisfaction will disappear. Accept this moment, love and accept
yourselves. You should begin with this. Unless you accept
yourselves, you won't be able to accept the other ones.
What is being sent to you, don't resist. If it is real, it will root
in you. If it is not real, don't worry, it will abandon you like
water running through your face.
The seminar will be conducted by Abdul Karim Baudino who imparts
these workshops under the authorization of Mawlana Sheikh Nazim
(Heir of an uninterrupted Chain of Spiritual Teachers and Spiritual
Guide at the present time of the Naqshbandi Sufi Order) Abdul Karim
has worked on the enneagram over 12 years
THE ENNEAGRAM
What has more value for a person, controls all his being. What has
more value is adored and what is adored is god for us. God is always
what has more value for us. In this sense, god is a reflection of
ourselves. Strange things we adore and strange gods we have...
How to know what has more value for us?. What has more value is what
we dedicate more time and concern. And there is only one thing that
keeps us busy all the time: ourselves. The god that we adore, is in
us.
To transcend our selfishness it is necessary to cross its nucleus
through a conscious and strong work. The enneagram is the tool and
the guide for this process, since it shows us a map of the structure
of the ego and of the dynamics of the forces that constitute it.
Neutralizing their forces, the structure of the ego weakens and it
allows that our alive internal nucleus be manifested: the essence.
