does anyone know why Shaykh Nazim suggests working in the army/police to young men that aren't working?

salamz bro i know he suggest the army but not the police as i wanted to be a police women asked my dad and he said maulana doesnt approve of it as there is a haadith saying that the prophet may peace be upon him said that after my time they will be these people who will have stiks and do alot of zulm (not the whole haddeth) and people say thats what a police does the wrath of allah is on the police office all the time when he is at work so i would say go to the army but no police but you could ask someone who has more knowledge then me bro as this was said to me by one of maulanas khaliffa take care
