Sisters only accomodation in Selly Oak area of Birmingham (B29)

3 rooms avaiable over the summer to share with 2 sisters from Birmingham University.

Rooms available immediately, until end of August as sublets, and from September onwards to let.

Rent: £235/month including bills.

House has upstairs bathroom with electric shower, downstairs shower and toilet, and a large living room. Bathroom and kitchen have recently been retiled and new carpets have been put in, so house is in very nice condition.
