I have just come across this new name Question I am not really sure what to say or think. InsaAllah next week or so I will consult Mawlana personally about it. If anyone knows anything please share it.

I have just googl-ed the name.
They seem to be from Indonesia.
The name is used (according to the links I found) by a Whirling group, and also the name of a Tariqah and Zawiya there.

This link is from President Rabbani Sufi Institute of Indonesia who explains about the Tariqah:

So are the Naqshbandi Haqqani and the Naqshbandi Haqqani Rabbani the same Tariqah?
