Assalamualaikum

I was hoping that someone could shed light on the content of this book - I want to make sure its safe in regard to aqeedah? I can't find alot of information on it on the net and through a search on the forum, it only brings up a lecture held in London.

If anyone who has it, used it can help me with this please let me know.
